Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 24 hours except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

[ Domestic ]
First-Class Mail Delivery time: 1-2 business weeks.
Priority Mail Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

[ International ]
First-Class Mail Delivery time: 2-4 business weeks.
Priority Mail Delivery time: Approximately 10 business days.

We will always try our best to remedy shipping delays, however we are not responsible for USPS delays or customs delays.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to these charges after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Returns
We will accept returns on defective, damaged or incorrect items. The customer will have a choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will do our best to package your items well and safe from damage that may occur during shipment. However, we are not responsible for damage that is a result of the shipping carrier (hairline cracks in jewel cases, etc). Since customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we will always do our best to remedy any issues.

We accept returns on CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and VHS if we are notified within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for all domestic and international orders. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap to receive a full refund. If the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost for shipping the item will be deducted from your refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
